Town and Village Renewal: More good news for Cappoquin this week. Details of the €100,000 allocation to Cappoquin under this scheme are being posted to all property owners in the Main Street by Waterford City and County Council this week. This will include application forms for painting and minor repairs to façade of properties. It is hoped that 100% grant will be available to permanent residence owners and 50% to all others. If anyone did not receive the application forms and details you can collect same in the Community Centre Office. This scheme is unique to Cappoquin so we hope that as many as possible will avail of it.
Childcare: The Childcare reopened last week and we are delighted to welcome back the children and staff. They all have settled in really well and everything is returning to normal. We wish to thank the parents for their patience in complying with the new procedures which are in place. If parents have any issues to discuss they can contact Maria in the office any morning.
Gymnasium: We are working towards reopening the gym in early August for members only. Can all Gym members please email the Community Centre at cappcomdev@gmail.com and we will send you details.
